EKSISTENSI UNICEF DALAM MELINDUNGI HAK HAK ANAK DI DUNIA

Abstrak

This article was written based on the author's thoughts to find out how UNICEF exists in carrying out its duties in realizing that UNICEF is an organization that takes care of problems in the field of providing protection to children in the world. In realizing the welfare of children in the world, UNICEF participated in drafting the Convention on the Rights of the Child which was carried out by the United Nations in order to recognize the rights that every child has. This article uses normative juridical research methods that are qualitative in nature with data collection techniques, namely document studies. Through normative juridical research methods that are qualitative in nature can produce research that explains the existence of UNICEF in a descriptive. The results of this study are that UNICEF has played a very important role in overcoming the problems of children in the world, including overcoming crimes and violence against children, overcoming various child crises in the economic, political, social, educational and other sectors.
