Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze related to the mechanism and basis for determining compensation for land acquisition in terms of Law No. 2 of 2012. The type of research that will be used by researchers is empirical juridical research. This type of empirical juridical research itself is a type of legal research that examines the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society or research conducted on the actual situation that occurs in society, in this case the juridical basis for land acquisition is Law number 2 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for development in the public interest. Land acquisition is an activity of taking land by the government in the context of carrying out development for the public interest of land acquisition accompanied by the provision of compensation to the people affected by land acquisition. In its implementation, land acquisition does not always run smoothly where there are often members of the community affected by the procurement who are dissatisfied with the amount of compensation given by the government. way to welcome the G20 Summit in Nusa Dua? 2. What is the basis for determining the value of compensation in land acquisition disputes for the public interest in Nusa Dua? Compensation mechanisms in land acquisition must be based on deliberations between the committee and land rights holders. If they do not reach an agreement, in this case the government makes a consignment or the compensation funds are deposited in the District Court.
